As the title suggests, this class is ideal for students who need to take things slow. The class is a combination of simple foundational postures and resting postures so you feel like you have moved your body and had a good stretch but also feel restored and relaxed at the end.
MIXED LEVEL - Includes a broader range of postures. Variations are offered to cater to all levels & abilities. If the time of an All Levels class suits you better, but you are a beginner, no problem, come along and the teacher will give you alternatives.
