We use firm balls, which we roll the body over to move the fascia away from the muscle, allowing for improved movement and pain relief. A combination of yoga postures and rolling techniques are combined to make this a well-rounded class.
MIXED LEVEL - Includes a broader range of postures. Variations are offered to cater to all levels & abilities. If the time of an All Levels class suits you better, but you are a beginner, no problem, come along and the teacher will give you alternatives.
