Through long supported holds, you are able to work deeply within our joints and release tension/pressure. Yin Yoga postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissuesthe tendons, fascia, and ligamentswith the aim of increasing circulation and improving flexibility.

MIXED LEVEL - Includes a broader range of postures. Variations are offered to cater to all levels & abilities. If the time of an All Levels class suits you better, but you are a beginner, no problem, come along and the teacher will give you alternatives.
