Yin yoga is therapeutic and healing for the body. It can release deep held tensions specifically in the hips and spine. Through long supported holds we are able to work deeply within our joints and release tension/pressure.  Yin Yoga postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation and improving flexibility.  Yin Yoga is said to improve organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being. All levels of experience welcome.
