Through yoga postures, guided relaxation and breath awareness you will prepare the body & mind for childbirth, and at the same time relieve the discomfort and stress associated with pregnancy. Expect a combination of active, strong poses as well as restorative postures to help relax and re-energize. Beginners welcome.
