This class is based on the optimal alignment of the body. Taught at a pace where beginners can feel comfortable and cultivate the body awareness required to practice yoga safely. The class consists of physical postures and breath work with time for relaxation at the end. Aimed at beginners but also good for maintaining a regular practice. All levels welcome.
