A flowing sequence of postures that synchronizes the breath with movement. This invigorating practice has a focus on core strength, breath awareness and weaves principles of alignment with energetic movements. This is a dynamic fast paced class for those who enjoy a total workout for the body, mind and soul! In this class we will explore inversions, arm balances and deep backbends, not suitable for beginners. Some previous experience is assumed.
